October 1, 2024 - Dr. Krafczyk and Partner are pleased with the addition. Patrick Fratczak and Marieke Mattern, two aspiring lawyers, will join the team from October 1, 2024. Both bring extensive expertise in their areas of law.
Patrick Fratczak specializes in corporate law and advises national and international clients in particular in the context of corporate restructurings as well as on all commercial and corporate law issues.
Marieke Mattern has extensive expertise in the area of IP, IT and data protection law. Her further focus is competition law, in which she protects and enforces clients' rights both in and out of court.
