Marieke Mattern has been a lawyer at our firm since 2024. She advises national and international clients on all issues of IT law and data protection. She focuses in particular on the preparation and negotiation of IT contracts and the legally compliant design of app applications and websites. Ms. Mattern also supports her clients in the judicial and extrajudicial defense and enforcement of their rights in the area of competition law.

Until joining our firm, Marieke Mattern worked in the Digital Law and Litigation & Dispute Resolution department at a Big Four. She uses her expertise to offer her clients legally secure and economic solutions with a clear eye for practical implementation.
