Patrick Fratczak has been strengthening the team as a lawyer, particularly in the area of corporate law. His focus is on advising companies, shareholders and management bodies on all issues of commercial and corporate law.

Before joining our firm, Mr. Fratczak worked for a Big Four in the areas of corporate law and litigation and dispute resolution. There, he supervised numerous restructurings and transformations of companies.
