Henry L. Krafczyk has been a partner in the Corporate Law department since 2024. He specializes in advising and representing clients in commercial and corporate law disputes, in particular shareholder disputes and disputes in connection with directors' liability and compliance violations.

Until joining our firm, Mr. Krafczyk worked at EY Law in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. Already during his legal training, as a research assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Munich and at Pinsent Masons in Düsseldorf, he focused in particular on the representation of clients in court.

A clear litigation strategy and an eye for the economic interests of our clients are always the focus of Mr. Krafczyk's work, both in reaching an amicable settlement and in court proceedings.
